What We Treat: Massachusetts Foot Care & Podiatry

We take great pride in staying on top of the newest and most efficient ways of treating our patients both conservatively and surgically.  For instance, in surgery the implementation of laser techniques has been very beneficial.  Laser beams are much more precise than the traditional way of operating.  They also cauterize as they go, which is very helpful in controlling bleeding.  We typically use lasers in hard to reach places to remove moles, warts, and cancerous or benign lesions.

Common Procedures

Nail Restoration System – We are able to create an artificial nail that acts as a barrier allowing your natural nail to re-grow while you recover from a fungal infection.

Heel Pain/Arch Pain – We typically treat these extremely common conditions as conservatively as possible.  Some options include physical therapy, arch support, orthotics, and medications.  These treatments not only help with the pain, but they also fix the problem over time.

Diabetic Foot Care/Neuremedy – People with diabetes must be more diligent than others when it comes to foot care.  We can provide treatment plans, diabetic shoes, and address any problems that may occur.  One of the most common issues of diabetic feet is neuropathy, or loss of feelings in the nerve endings.  Neuremedy is a procedure that re-grows the nerve fiber and increases sensation.

Neurogenix treatments – Neurogenix treats neuropathy pain by injecting an anesthetic into the affected nerves and applying electrical energy to the foot. This procedure drives energy into the source of your pain, anesthetizing the problem. This treatment can be used for neuroma, pain caused by fibromyalgia, and many other painful problems.

Custom Solutions for Your Unique Feet

We specialize in making custom orthotics to address conditions that benefit from them.  These devices are not only used to decrease pain, but they can also reduce discomfort in other parts of the body as well. When the muscles and bones are stronger and in alignment, the rest of your body feels better.

We also use orthoses, or braces, to restrict or allow movement.  Braces are used for stabilization of the foot and ankle, and they can be made to fit any type of shoe.

On-Site Shoe Store

We proudly offer a shoe store on site at our North Andover office.  We personally guarantee the high quality of our shoes.  From fashionable ladies shoes to sneakers to diabetic footwear–we have it all.  While visiting our office, you can have your feet professionally measured and order any style of the sample shoes we offer. Any pair bought at our store can accommodate orthotics, braces, and foot deformities.
